Description

La présente consultation concerne l'exploitation des installations de chauffage secondaire du quartier Clou Bouchet à Niort (79000). Le contrat prévoit la réalisation simultanée de quatre objectifs : - L'entretien et le maintien en bon état de fonctionnement du matériel décrit en annexe 1 du présent CCTP - La fourniture aux locataires du confort thermique décrit dans les articles ci-après - La recherche d'économies d'énergie et le respect des cibles de consommation - Le maintien des conditions de sécurité imposées par les diverses réglementations dans toutes les installations concernées par le présent marché d'exploitation. La liste des équipements et leurs localisation sont indiqués en annexe du CCTP.
