Description
Acquisizione di una stampante 3D di precisione microscopica basata su tecnologia di proiezione micro-stereolitografica (PµSL), destinata alla fabbricazione di componenti ad alta risoluzione per applicazioni sperimentali e prototipali. La strumentazione deve rispondere alle seguenti caratteristiche: - Tecnologia di stampa: Projection Micro-Stereolithography (PµSL) (Basata su proiezione ottica UV ad alta risoluzione per fotopolimerizzazione di resine sensibili). - Volume di stampa: 100 × 100 × 75 mm (molto ampio rispetto ad altre macchine con risoluzioni simili). - Risoluzione XY ottica: 10 µm (con accuratezza di posizionamento ±1 µm). - Sorgente UV-LED: 405 nm - Spessore strato (Z): regolabile 10–40 µm, utile per bilanciare dettaglio e velocità. - Finitura superficiale: • Superficie superiore: rugosità 0,4–0,8 µm Ra. • Superficie laterale: rugosità 1,5–2,5 µm Ra.
