l’acquisizione di una Piattaforma per lo studio di proteomica spaziale per la fenotipizzazione di cellule, tessuti e organoidi, analisi delle interazioni cellula-cellula e dei processi cellulari mediante imaging in situ simultaneo fino a 100 marcatori, inclusi servizi di garanzia/manutenzione per 36 mesi. La strumentazione deve rispondere alle seguenti caratteristiche: avere un sistema di imaging ultra-highplex in grado di rilevare e analizzare ciclicamente sullo stesso vetrino 100 marcatori proteici, che funga al contempo da scanner di imaging multispettrale per acquisizione di intere sezioni tissutali a 7 colori ad alta velocità. avere una tecnologia basata su anticorpi primari coniugati a barcode oligonucleotidici al fine di permettere la totale indipendenza dalla specie dell’anticorpo per la costituzione del pannello (per esempio, un pannello di 50 anticorpi deve essere possibile anche con anticorpi derivati da una singola specie) avere la possibilità di complementare le proteine con marcaggio di RNA permettere una procedura di staining e rivelazione in grado di mantenere l’integrità del tessuto per analisi downstream (per. esempio colorazione H&E sulla stessa fettin…
