Acquisizione di una Piattaforma di sequenziamento ad elevata produttività basata sulla tecnologia nanopore inclusi servizi di garanzia/manutenzione per 24 mesi . La strumentazione deve rispondere alle seguenti caratteristiche: piattaforma di sequenziamento basata sulla tecnologia Nanopore per il sequenziamento diretto di molecole native di DNA e RNA mediante letture lunghe (long-read); possibilità di eseguire il sequenziamento senza necessità di amplificazione PCR, sintesi del DNA o rilevazione ottica; identificazione diretta delle modificazioni epigenetiche del DNA e dell'RNA durante il processo di sequenziamento; elevata capacità di sequenziamento, idonea ad applicazioni genomiche e trascrittomiche su larga scala; acquisizione, basecalling ed elaborazione dei dati in tempo reale, con disponibilità immediata dei risultati durante l'esecuzione dell'esperimento; possibilità di eseguire contemporaneamente esperimenti indipendenti mediante flow cell dedicate e gestibili autonomamente; possibilità di interrompere il sequenziamento al raggiungimento della copertura desiderata e di recuperare la libreria per un successivo riutilizzo; possibilità di effettuare l'arricchime…
