Description
Procedura aperta ai sensi del combinato disposto degli artt. 25 e 71 del D.lgs. 36/2023 per la fornitura di attrezzature sanitarie occorrenti alle sale operatorie dell’AOU Policlinico Foggia rientranti nell’intervento “Potenziamento e rinnovamento delle dotazioni strumentali e tecniche per le sale operatorie” a valere sul finanziamento PR PUGLIA 2021 – 2027 - Azione 8.4 “Rinnovo e potenziamento delle strutture ospedaliere e sviluppo della telemedicina” - Procedura finalizzata a completare e a rinnovare le infrastrutture ospedaliere e i rispettivi servizi sanitari (DGR n. 1754/2023) da affidare con il criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa individuata sulla base del miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo, ex art. 108,comma 1 e 2 del D.Lgs 36/2023 e s.m.i - CIG vari – CUP G74E25000630006.
