Description

Predmet nabave je cjelovita / sveobuhvatna obnova postojeće javne zgrade na k.č.br.2245/1, k.o. Krapinske Toplice, Specijalne bolnice za medicinsku rehabilitaciju Krapinske Toplice. Predviđa se uređenje podruma, prizemlja, 1. kata i 2. kata, gdje će se urediti prostori sukladno glavnom projektu. Obuhvaćeni su radovi ojačanja konstrukcije zidova i stropova svih etaža, sanacije zidova i podova od kapilarne vlage iz tla, energetske sanacije zidova prema tlu u smislu toplinske izolacije, zamjene postojeće stolarije na svim etažama. Rušenjem pregradnih zidova zbog ojačanja međukatne konstrukcije, intervencijom pregradnim zidovima omogućiti će se prostorna organizacija za smještaj i rad Odjela prema zahtjevima Naručitelja, poštujući sve Pravilnike i Zakone s kojima je projekt usklađen, a isti su navedeni u projektno tehničkoj dokumentaciji koja je sastavni dio dokumentacije o nabavi. Zgrada je smještena na vlastitoj građevnoj čestici (kč.br.2245/1 , k.o. Krapinske Toplice). Ukupna visina i katnost zgrade ostaju nepromijenjene (20,28 m sljeme zgrade, katnost Po+P+2+Pk).
