Upphandlingen omfattar ramavtal för byggservice avseende Bostadsbolagets fastighetsbestånd. Upphandlingen avser hela Bostadsbolagets byggnadsbestånd vilket är indelat i tre distrikt (två geografiska områden per distrikt) samt tre separata kommanditbolag med totalt cirka 24 500 lägenheter och cirka 1 200 mindre lokaler. Dessa är utspridda över hela Göteborg i ca 600 fastigheter.
