Description

Upphandlingen omfattar ett fullständigt åtagande för utförande och funktioner i form av tillsyn och skötsel, samt till viss del felavhjälpande underhåll, av luftbehandlingssystemen i hela Bostadsbolagets fastighetsbestånd. Uppdraget kan även komma att omfatta tekniskt stöd samt åtgärder avseende planerat underhåll. Avtalet kommer att ansluta till ”ABFF 15 – Allmänna bestämmelser för entreprenader inom fastighetsförvaltning och service”.
