Description
På uppdrag av Vaxholms stads Stadsbyggnadsförvaltning (även kallad Staden) inbjuder upphandlingsenheten anbudsgivare (även kallad Leverantörer), att lämna anbud avseende ett digitalt, molnbaserat bibliotekssystem anpassat för Vaxholms stadsbibliotek. Upphandlingen avser ett komplett bibliotekssystem inklusive tillhörande webblösning för publikt webbgränssnitt och webbaserad katalog, anpassade till bibliotekets verksamhet och användare. Uppdraget omfattar införande/implementering av bibliotekssystemet, inklusive konfiguration, anpassning, konvertering och migrering av biblioteksdata från Stadens nuvarande bibliotekssystem, samt genomförande av utbildning. Leveransen ska resultera i att Staden har en installerad, fullt fungerande och godkänd systemlösning. Vidare ska löpande systemdrift, underhåll, vidareutveckling samt svenskspråkig support ingå under avtalstiden. Systemet ska vara infört, godkänt och i skarp drift senast den 1 april 2027, om inte annat skriftligen överenskommits mellan parterna.
