Arbetet omfattar i första hand underhållsbeläggningar, det kan förekomma nybyggnadsbeläggningar under perioden samt i viss utsträckning överbyggnadsarbeten, lagning efter kommunal lednings schakt, nya kantstöd samt justering av brunnsbetäckningar. Smärre underhållsbeläggningsarbeten (såsom lagningar) på exempelvis kvartersmark vid Tyresö bostäders fastigheter kommer i förekommande fall att avropas av Tyresö kommuns fastighetsavdelning och Tyresö bostäder från ett separat avtal.
