Tyresö kommun har idag ett kommunhus vars avtal löper ut september 2023. Befintliga lokaler är idag inte anpassade efter de behov som kommunen har idag och som man ser i framtiden kommer behövas. Kommunen har därmed för avsikt att förhandla om ett nytt avtal för ett kommunhus i centrumnära läge.
