Description
Välkommen att lämna anbud i AB Gotlandshems upphandling av strategisk partnering för genomförande av byggentreprenad ROT. Detta ska genomföras utifrån Gotlandshems definierade behov och utföras på cirka 2 500 lägenheter. Entreprenaden delas in i flera huvuddelar och kommer att genomföras i tre faser. Målet med upphandlingen är att hitta en strategisk partner/entreprenör som kan stötta oss i att prioritera och paketera ROT-projekt, för att uppnå bästa möjliga resultat vad gäller tid, kostnad och kvalitet.
