Detta projekt är ett förberedande arbete för det större projekt Citadellsfogen som kommer påbörjas ca 2026. Citadellsfogen projektet innebär stora renoveringar av befintliga VA nätet samt Malmö stads ombyggnader och omgestaltningar av gator, broar och kvartersmark i området. Projektet som beskrivs i denna upphandling innefattar schaktfri relining (infodring) av spill- och dagvattenledningarna längs Citadellsvägen mellan Västerbro och Citadellsbron.
