Description
Upphandlingen avser VA SYDs behov av ett verksamhetssystem för debitering, avfall och VA. Systemet ska utifrån en helhetslösning stödja, administrera och säkra VA- respektive renhållningsverksamhetens informations- och arbetsflöden från kund, över utförande av beställda tjänster, till fakturering av tjänster och förbrukning samt avräkning till entreprenörer. Systemet ska på ett effektivt sätt samordna de olika delarna och flödena i systemet. Se vidare upphandlingsdokumentationen.
