New North är ett transportprojekt inom Aurora programmet med partners från Norra Sverige, Norge och Finland. Projekttiden är 1 september 2023 till 31 augusti 2026.   Länsstyrelsen i Västerbottens inbjuder Er att lämna anbud på tjänsten som arbetspaketledare och utredare för elflyg, New North Projektet. I tjänsten ingår:       1. Koordinering och genomförande av arbetspaket Elflyg i New North projektet.     2. Tre leveranser: ·       Systemanalysrapport ·       Rapport för teknisk översikt ·       Positionspapper som sammanfattar den gemensamma visionen och rekommendationer från kompetensnätverket.        3. Uppbyggnad av ett kompetensnätverk
