L'objectif de cet appel d'offres est de sélectionner une agence spécialisée dans les relations trade et prescripteurs aux USA pour une période de 3 ans (2026-2028), sur la base des objectifs et critères décrits dans le présent document et dans le brief de missions. Le budget total alloué à l'agence s'élève à : - Tranche ferme 2026 : 210 000 euros HT et enveloppes complémentaires optionnelles de 50 000 euros HT et 25 000 euros HT - Tranche conditionnelle 2027 : 210 000 euros HT et enveloppes complémentaires optionnelles de 50 000 euros HT et 25 000 euros HT - Tranche conditionnelle 2028 : 210 000 euros HT et enveloppes complémentaires optionnelles de 50 000 euros HT et 25 000 euros HT. Le montant maximal du contrat est de 855 000 euros hors taxes pour trois (3) ans sous réserve de confirmation des deux enveloppes optionnelles pour chaque tranche.
