Description
La présente publicité a pour objet de sélectionner un candidat pour Occupation de l'emprise décrite supra. En effet, un opérateur privé s'est manifesté auprès la Commune et se propose de développer un projet immobilier de réhabilitation et de restructuration d'une partie de l'ancienne caserne Faron, située au croisement de la rue Aristide Briand et de la rue du 8ème régiment d'artillerie, Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy. Il s'agit d'un projet de réhabilitation d'une halle, avec réhabilitation et/ou création de bâtiments accessoires à cette halle, pouvant, le cas échéant, contribuer à l'équilibre économique de l'opération. Pour ce faire, la délivrance d'un titre d'occupation domaniale, est nécessaire. La Commune souhaite donc s'assurer de l'absence de manifestation d'intérêt concurrente à l'obtention de titre ou, le cas échéant, permettre une mise en concurrence des projets en vue de l'attribution dudit titre.
