Description
The project consists of the construction of a new single-storey extension of c. 570sqm to the side (East) of the existing school building and will comprise a 2no. class base special education needs (SEN) suite, 2no. learning support rooms, and associated ancillary spaces, a principal’s office, alterations to the existing side facade and all associated site, landscaping and drainage works as well as removal of existing prefab block of c. 115sqm.
