Les marchés ont pour objet la fourniture, la pose, la dépose et l'entretien du mobilier urbain. Ils sont soumis aux dispositions du Code de la Commande Publique, désigné par « le Code ». Qualifiés de marchés de fournitures et de services, ils sont soumis aux dispositions du CCAG «FCS ». Ils constituent 4 accords-cadres à bons de commande soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2125-1 et R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 du Code. Ils seront attribués chacun à un unique titulaire pour une durée maximale de quatre années, reconductions comprises. La valeur totale maximale des marchés est de 4 200 000 euro(s) HTVA, compte tenu de leur durée et des éventuelles reconductions
