Încheierea unui acord-cadru de furnizare, cu un singur operator economic, în vederea achiziţionării produsului ,,Soluție pentru managementul evenimentelor de securitate dintr-o rețea de calculatoare”. Termen limită de solicitare clarificări la documentație atribuire: 18 zile anterior datei limită de depunere oferte. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
