Description

Încheierea unui acord-cadru de furnizare, cu un singur operator economic, în vederea achiziţionării produsului ,,Licență Microsoft SharePoint sau echivalent”. Structurile desemnate în anexa nr. 2 la Caietul de sarcini (Unitatea Militară 02499 București, Unitatea Militară 02484 București, Unitatea Militară 02587 București, Unitatea Militară 02417 Focșani, Unitatea Militară 02460 Sibiu, Unitatea Militară 02558 Timișoara și Unitatea Militară 02534 Iași) au dreptul de a încheia contracte subsecvente în baza acordului-cadru ce urmează a fi atribuit în urma derulării prezentei proceduri de achiziție publică, în limita cantităților stabilite pentru fiecare structură în parte, conform datelor prezentate în anexa nr. 3 la Caietul de sarcini. Structurile desemnate mai sus vor atribui contractele de achiziție publică subsecvente acordului-cadru încheiat cu operatorul economic semnatar, respectând elementele/condițiile prevăzute în acordul-cadru. Termen limită de solicitare clarificări la documentație atribuire: 18 zile anterior datei limită de depunere oferte.
