Description

Obiectul contractului îl constituie furnizarea a 2 (două) Autoutilitare 4x4, a 2 (două) Snowmobil, a 5 (cinci) ATV și a 2 (două) UTV, în sistem leasing, inclusiv RCA și CASCO. Durata contractului este de 60 de luni de la data comunicării Ordinului administrativ de începere a execuției contractului. Furnizarea produselor aferente contractului se va desfășura în termenul maxim impus în Caietul de sarcini iar ulterior evaluării procedurii, conform termenelor maxime ofertate de operatorul economic desemnat câștigător. În măsura în care solicitările de clarificări sau informații suplimentare au fost adresate de către operatorii economici în termenul prevazut la sectiunea I.3 din Fișa de Date, respectiv 12 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor, răspunsul autorității contractante la aceste solicitări va fi transmis în a 8-a zi înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
