Description
Le lot n°2 du présent accord-cadre a pour objet la réalisation sur l'ensemble des immeubles (locaux d'habitation et commerces) du patrimoine de Plaine Commune Habitat, des prestations suivantes :- Désinsectisation des parties communes et privatives ;- Dératisation et déssourisation des parties communes et privatives - Désinfection logements post-mortem. La nature des prestations et les conditions d'exécution sont plus précisément décrites dans le Cahier des Clauses Particulières (CCP) du lot N°2. Les interventions sur les commerces porteront uniquement sur la partie à bon de commande. L'accord-cadre initial, publié le 14/06 /2024 au BOAMP et JOUE était alloti (annonce N°24-68925 + N°352060-2024). Chacun des lots faisait l'objet d'un accord-cadre séparé. Chaque candidat avait la possibilité de répondre à un ou plusieurs lots. Le lot n°2 ayant été résilié, il fait seul l'objet de la présente procédure de relance. Il est à noter que la clause relative au fait qu'un même candidat ne pourra se voir attribué qu'un seul lot, n'est pas reprise dans le cadre de cette procédure.
