Le lot n°2 concerne les 18 291 logements du patrimoine de Plaine Commune Habitat soit 34 397 compteurs et le patrimoine acquis par Plaine Commune Habitat en 2020, soit 284 logements et 284 compteurs. Le lot no2 est traité pour partie à prix global et forfaitaire, et pour partie à bons de commande. Le montant global et forfaitaire indiqué dans l’acte d’engagement, devra être décomposé dans la D.P.G.F. Telles que le permettent les dispositions de l’article R21624 du Code de la commande publique, la partie à bons de commandes du lot 2 ne comporte pas de montant minimum ni maximum. Pour information, au vu des volumes des prestations réalisées les années précédentes, le montant prévisionnel annuel des commandes serait respectivement de 12 000 euros HT pour le lot 2.Ce montant est purement indicatif, en aucun cas l’OPH Plaine Commune Habitat ne s’engage à passer des commandes annuelles à hauteur de ce montant. Les prix applicables sont ceux du BPU. La présentation d’une variante obligatoire est imposée au titre du lot no2 (tranche ferme et tranche optionnelle).
