Description

La présente consultation concerne la relance du lot n°19 « Plomberie/Sanitaires/Chauffage Zone géographique Bressuire/Cerizay » et du lot n°20 « Plomberie/Sanitaires/Chauffage Zone géographique Thouars » déclarés infructueux de l'accord-cadre à bons de commande ayant pour objet les travaux d'entretien courant, de réparations, et de remise en état des bâtiments et des logements du patrimoine de Deux-Sèvres Habitat. Ils garantissent un service rendu par Deux-Sèvres Habitat auprès des locataires. Les travaux seront réalisés à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de bâtiments occupés ou non et à l'intérieur de logements occupés ou non. La liste du patrimoine avec adresses de chaque zone est détaillée en annexe N°1 du C.C.T.P. La description des prestations, leurs spécifications techniques et leur localisation sont indiquées dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (C.C.T.P.), et ses annexes. Les lots n°19 et 20 sont soumis à des mesures d'astreinte définies au CCAP. Le contrat prend la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles conclu sans minimum et avec un maximum avec un opérateur économique.
