Description
Gran municipality is carrying out a sketch project for a local medical centre for the provision of health and care services. The project is planned with 96 nursing home places, 16 sheltered accommodation flats, premises for Innlandet Hospital ́s local medical centre, production kitchen and day activity centre. Cost efficiency in building and operation shall be a guideline for the work. The project is based on a gross investment budget of NOK 900 million. A decision has been made that the project shall be carried out as a collaboration contract. The completed draft project shall be the starting point for the project. The draft project ́s structural design shall be based on and that the architect company Stein Halvorsen Arkitekter shall be used for the execution of the project.
