Description
Le présent concours de maitrise d’œuvre est organisé en vue de l’attribution du marché de maitrise d’œuvre pour la Construction d’une Maison de l’Eau à Epernay. La partie de l’enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux est estimée à 6 570 000 € HT dont 210 000€HT pour les espaces verts extérieurs. Le contenu des prestations est détaillé dans le programme. Le démarrage de la mission du maître d’œuvre est envisagé en mai 2025. La livraison de l’ouvrage objet de l’opération de travaux est souhaitée pour la fin de l’année 2027. Chaque équipe sera constituée obligatoirement : - D’un architecte (inscrit à l'ordre des architectes ou équivalent) au moins, mandataire du groupement et d’un BET spécialisé paysage Le groupement candidat devra obligatoirement posséder des compétences dans les domaines suivants : Electricité / SSI, Chauffage / / thermique et énergétique / Ventilation / Plomberie, Structure / charpente , VRD, OPC
