Le présent marché a pour objet des prestations d’exploitation du Centre aquatique BULLEO et du Centre aquatique NEPTUNE relatives aux installations: - De chauffage, - D’eau chaude sanitaire, - De traitement d’eau, - De ventilation et de traitement d’air, - De climatisation. Les prestations, objet de ce marché, sont les suivantes : Les prestations de type P2 : Conduite et entretien des installations - avec garantie de résultat, - y compris les dépannages et réparations d’urgence avec astreinte 24/24h. Les prestations de type P3 : Gros Entretien et Renouvellement (GER) des matériels - compte d’exécution transparent. Tranche optionnelle : La prestation de type P6 : Espace aquatique Bulléo - Remplacement de la masse filtrante.
