Description
Dans le cadre du lot 1 « Recherche de fuites sur le réseau AEP » de l’accord-cadre 2024-32CA « AIDE A L’EXPLOITATION DES EQUIPEMENTS ET RESEAUX EAU ET ASSAINISSEMENT », et conformément à l’article R.2112-4 du Code de la commande publique, le pouvoir adjudicateur a pris la décision de ne pas reconduire le lot, dont l’échéance de la période en cours est fixée au 27 décembre 2025. En effet, il s'est avéré nécessaire de procéder à une révision de la définition du besoin, qui justifie le lancement de la présente consultation. Cet accord-cadre fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations, il est exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande émis par le pouvoir adjudicateur
