Description
La présente consultation concerne des prestations d’entretien des plantation d’Epernay Agglo Champagne. En vertu de de l'article L. 2113-13 du Code de la commande publique, les prestations de la présente consultation sont réservées à des structures d'insertion par l'activité économique mentionnées à l'article L5132-4 du code du travail, ou à des structures équivalentes, lorsque plus de 50% des travailleurs concernés sont des travailleurs défavorisés. L'accord-cadre avec minimum et maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans. L'ensemble du contenu des prestations est détaillé dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières.
