Description
La présente consultation concerne des travaux d’entretien et de réparation sur les ouvrages du réseau de distribution d’eau potable de la Régie d’Epernay Agglo Champagne. Les ouvrages de distributions comprennent les canalisations, les équipements (vannes, purges, ventouse, réducteur de pression) et les branchements, du raccordement sur la canalisation au compteur. Ils concernent également l’ensemble des regards et fontes de voirie. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de sa date de notification. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans. L'ensemble du contenu des prestations est défini dans le Cahier des clauses techniques particulières.
