Description
La régie des eaux d’Epernay Agglo Champagne souhaite renouveler le charbon actif en grain de 6 filtres de la station de Belle Noue. Le candidat devra prévoir le retrait du charbon usagé et sa destruction ou envoi vers une filière permettant sa régénération. La mise en place du nouveau charbon devra prendre en compte les conditions d’exploitation, c’est-à-dire au maximum deux filtres à l’arrêt simultanément. Le charbon proposé devra être en mesure de capter les pesticides actuellement piégés ainsi que la chloridazone et ses métabolites, et le chlorotalonil et le métabolite R471811, tout en prenant en compte les paramètres physico-chimiques de l’eau brute à traiter. La durée du contrat est de 3 mois. L'exécution des prestations débute à compter de la notification du contrat.
