Beskrivelse
OBJECTIVE:The main objective of the analysis is to provide the basis for discussions at a political level regarding how the regulation of spatial planning in the Nordic countries can improve the competitiveness in attracting major manufacturing companies.In addition, the analysis is expected to provide the basis for discussions at expert and civil servant-level on the design and administration of planning and permitting and the multilevel and cross-sectoral cooperation models in regard to attracting and retaining large and/or strategic manufacturing companies.DELIVERABLES:The results of the analysis shall be presented in a comprehensive report that contains an analysis and description of the findings and recommendations. The final report should be in the English language and supplemented by visual material and/or animation for effective communication of the results. A summary of the final report should be in English as well as one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian).
