Beskrivelse
TASK AND DELIVERABLES: 1) Project management: Provide a project workplan, including project budget, coordinated, and approved by the Nordic Council of Ministers and the NOBID project. 2) Qualitative insight and stakeholder consultations: Organise and conduct interviews with subject matter experts and key stakeholders with expertise and insight into the technical, legal, and organisational aspects of identity matching and data sharing between the population registers, in all the Nordic and Baltic countries, including Åland, Faroe Islands and Greenland. Organise at least two physical workshops with relevant subject matter experts and stakeholders from the Nordic-Baltic countries. Conduct and organise physical and virtual meetings and presentations to gather insight, share and validate results and create buy-in from relevant stakeholders, such as national digitalization agencies, population registries, relevant ministries, users, and relevant Nordic Baltic projects or initiatives.
