Beskrivelse
The objective of the mapping task is to gain a better understanding of when and how to use AI and digital tools in integration services by:Mapping digital tools and the use of AI in the work on integrating refugees and immigrants in the Nordic capital cities. The mapping is expected to provide an overview of what has been developed and what is currently under development in the public sector and offer qualified reflections and recommendations related to the following subpoints:In which cases or situations are digital tools and the use of AI effective and appropriate, and in which cases is human contact more effective and appropriate?Which types of digital tools and AI-based solutions are suitable for different target groups of refugees and immigrants (including, for example, refugees with low versus high levels of education and refugees with long versus short periods of residency)?Tasks and deliverables:The mapping and assessment task includes the following deliverables:A report in English with a mapping/overview and assessment of the digital strategies and solutions targeting refugees and immigrants in the Nordic capitals, including a description of good examples/best practice on …
