Beskrivelse
The objective of the assignment is to deliver a full-cycle training programme that develops the knowledge, practical skills, and behavioural readiness of a minimum 50 NABU detectives in the areas of intelligence fundamentals and informant recruitment. The training must cover, at a minimum, the following topics: 1. Operative and Intelligence Work 2. Psychological Aspects of Operative Work and Recruitment Scope of work • Developing a training programme aligned with international best practises, Ukrainian legal and operational context for a minimum of 50 detectives. • Delivering classroom-based and field simulation exercises • Managing all logistics (venue, travel, catering, interpretation, materials, etc.) • Engaging qualified experts, including an operative and a behavioural specialist • Providing training materials and a final report, including pre- and post-assessments All trainings will be delivered in person in Ukraine, in Ukrainian or with simultaneous interpretation.
