Beskrivelse
The Department for Middle East and North Africa is seeking consultants to support the formulation of a fourth phase of the regional Syria- Iraq Peace and Stabilisation Programme (PSP) covering the period early 2026 to December 2028. The assignment will be conducted in coordination with the Ministry of Defense. The formulation will build on relevant learning and recommendations from previous phases of the programme, while also being based on the context developments in the region in the recent year and thereby explore potential opportunities within the strategic and thematic priorities of Denmark for Syria and Iraq. The objective is to formulate a programme document as well as underlying the Peace and Stabilisation Engagement Documents (PSEDs) that provide detail on each individual engagement to be supported under the programme. The overall PSP framework is expected to be a three-year regional programme with an overall objective and a number of engagements in Syria and Iraq organised under thematic areas of intervention.
