Beskrivelse
The assignment concerns the procurement of a consultant to provide support to the Mogadishu Representative Office (MRO) in the design and roll-out of a monitoring and evaluation framework for the implementation of the new Denmark-Somalia Bilateral Development Programme (SBDP). The SBDP covers the five-year period of 2024 – 2028 and has a total budget frame of DKK 1,100 million and 8 different engagements with the World Bank, UN agencies and two INGOs. It forms part of the wider and long-standing Danish engagement and presence in Somalia. In a fragile context like Somalia, environments are dynamic and unpredictable, with limited access, scarce resources, and safety concerns often complicating data collection. It is important to design a system, which take these complexities into account The purpose of this assignment will be to assist the MRO in the design of a MEAL framework for the SBDP 2024-2028.
