Beschreibung
Provision of computer software development services to expand the functionality of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services (Portal Diia) In order to meet the needs of recipients within the framework of international technical assistance projects, ICO “East Europe Foundation” (hereinafter - Foundation) invites highly qualified companies providing comprehensive programming, software development, IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, maintenance and consulting services in the field of information technology to submit a proposal for a tender for the selection of a number of contractors (no more than 3) to conclude framework agreements on the basis of a joint memorandum of understanding for the provision of computer software development services to expand the functionality of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services (Portal Diia). It is planned to conclude framework agreement with an initial duration of eighteen (18) months.
