Description
Warwickshire County Council (the Council) is seeking to set-up a framework for a period of 4 years which will appoint suppliers who can provide ground investigation works a described in the specification. This procurement has an initial requirement of works which the evaluation will be based on. The bidder with the most advantageous tender (MAT) will be ranked number 1 supplier on the framework and win the initial work.
