Description

The Contract primarily involves the replacement and installation of new condensing combination boilers, controls and flues throughout Glasgow. The Contract may also include a small number of properties that require replacement of ‘heat only’ boilers including replacement of the existing boiler and hot water cylinder. The property address list issued with the tender documentation is based upon Southside Housing Association’s aim to undertake boiler replacement works to all 144no properties listed within Tender Document 6 during Financial Years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027. Southside Housing Association are endeavouring to undertake 72no boiler replacements during financial year 2025-2026 and a further 72no boiler replacements during financial year 2026-2027, and the contract will initially relate to works to be completed during financial years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027. Subject to successful completion of the two-year programme of surveys and works, the Contract may be extended by a maximum period of three further years through 1 + 1 + 1 twelve-month extensions from the completion date.
