Description
Service Requirements St Helens Council require an appropriately experienced, reputable, and innovative, business and enterprise support organisation to deliver St Helens' UKSPF Place-Based Business Support priorities and performance target outputs/outcomes. The requirements of this commission are to: • Reach and engage with Market-based businesses, startups, and Social Enterprises. • Provide participating businesses with the knowledge and tools to leverage digital marketing for sustainable business growth. • Deliver businesses with longer-term access to digital support tools, skills and knowledge to help them evolve and keep up with innovations. • Improve business participation in digital marketing activity and promotion by providing access to an online platform that'll co-ordinate and manage all social media activity. • Provide a digital tool for businesses to support content creation, reach, and engagement across social media platforms • Deliver measurable and quantifiable outcomes that align with funding requirements and local strategic objectives.
