Description

The Growth Company (GC) are seeking to appoint a mobile telephony provider that can support our end user mobile hardware requirement, calls, texts, data and associated mobile telephony services. The successful provider will consistently provide high quality products and services and active account management to provide a seamless communications service delivery across GC and full integration with GC applications and infrastructure including Microsoft 365. GC aims to ensure our communication technologies remain agile and fit for purpose, whilst ensuring the solutions remain cost effective and provide value for money. GC's Key Objectives: 1. Comprehensive Account Management - We require active and engaged account management to ensure our contract is managed effectively and with full visibility and control of costs alongside strategies to manage end user behaviour and out of bundle costs. 2 Flexible and Agile Contract Approach - we require a co-terminus contract that can allow additional, flexible connections to be added and removed during the term.
