Description
Transport for London has awarded a call-off contract to Pickfords Move Management for the provision of Long term Storage management services. The service will support TfL's Logistics & Manufacturing (L&M) function in delivering multiyear projects such as the Central Line Improvement Plan (CLIP) and ensuring operational readiness during the construction of a new warehouse under the West London Depot Development Programme at Acton (2028). Provides secure, climate-controlled storage for critical components, supported by stock inventory management for accurate tracking and retrieval. Includes managed haulage with guaranteed delivery to Acton within 24 hours, ensuring continuity of engineering works.
