Description
The Isle of Wight Council ("the Authority") invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers ("Potential Suppliers") for the provision of Swimwear and Associated Swim Equipment for retail at The Heights and Medina Leisure Centres. The Authority wishes to maximise its income from the swimwear and associated swim equipment; as part of the tender submission suppliers will be required to demonstrate their experience in leisure facilities and proven ability in assisting the maximising income. The successful supplier will be required to provide point of sale (POS) material for the display of the products; suppliers must demonstrate how the POS will increase awareness of the products to potential customers. The Authority undertakes to grant exclusive rights to the successful supplier and accordingly will not stock or sell any directly competitive products unless the successful supplier cannot for whatever reason supply any product. It is anticipated that this will result in a higher level of discount on both core and non- core products.
