Description
This expression of interest (EOI) serves to inform the supply chain about the upcoming procurement for the supply of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Equipment for the Water Management Zones (WMZ) at Sizewell C site. This equipment supply will be desilting type units to control the suspended solid discharge from the outfalls. These units shall be supplied with the pumps and ancillary equipment necessary to lift the water from the discharge network to the treatment plant and for integrating the pump with the control system. These treatment plants will be primarily used to treat surface runoff water collected via the site drainage network, but also includes emergency potable water discharges and some groundwater dewatering that cannot be practically treated at the main groundwater treatment plant.
