Description
Gowling WLG wishes to appoint a key sub-contractor (subject to CCS approval) to support its delivery of legal services relating to a public inquiry opportunity which has arisen under Lot 1 of the Crown Commercial Service Legal Services Panel RM6179. We require the bidder to provide details of the following: (Please provide a response within 2 pages of A4) 1) experience, knowledge and understanding of delivering key legal services to public inquiries, including experience acting as Solicitor/Deputy Solicitor to the Inquiry and leading inquiry teams or inquisitorial projects of an equivalent nature. 2) experience in the last 5 years of providing support to a public inquiry (or equivalent inquisitorial process), including leading a legal team, working with Counsel to the Inquiry/Inquisitorial process. 3) Please outline your experience within the last five years of managing such a project where a criminal investigation is running alongside the project and experience of dealing with victims of unlawful killing, their families and lawyers. 4) the capacity and ability, including how much time each grade is able to provide to the project, to provide a number of staff at varying gr…
