Description
Gowling WLG wishes to appoint a key sub-contractor (subject to CCS approval) to support its delivery of legal services relating to a public inquiry opportunity which has arisen under Lot 1 of the Crown Commercial Service Legal Services Panel RM6179. We require the bidder to provide details of the following: (Please provide a response within 2 pages of A4) 1) experience, knowledge and understanding of delivering key legal services to public inquiries, including experience acting as Solicitor/Deputy Solicitor to the Inquiry and leading inquiry teams. 2) experience in the last 5 years of managing an inquiry with significant national security issues, including with highly sensitive CLOSED material and hearings. 3) the capacity and ability to provide a number of staff at varying grades and levels of experience (including DV and SC security cleared staff) to support the delivery of legal services under the contract; 4) the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders involved in Inquiries, including witnesses, Core Participants and Recognised Legal Representatives.
