Central Region - East / West / East Midlands & North North Region - Northern England / Scotland / Northern Ireland Asbestos Management Surveys and Re-inspections - Nationwide - Re-inspections of circa 3500 properties in Amey Central Region and 1500 properties in Amey North Region - Initial management surveys of circa 3500 properties in Amey Central Region and 1500 properties in Amey North Region - Initial surveys and re-inspections - Both surveyors and laboratories must be UKAS approved - The report is to be provided in an agreed format - The data is also to be presented on a spreadsheet for each property in an agreed format to enable ease of upload onto register Amey have been tasked by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation through the Future Defence Infrastructure Service to deliver the Regional Accommodation Maintenance Service for the Central and North Regions. For Amey to accept any Expression of Interest it is ESSENTIAL that any subcontractor is: - willing to act as Main Contractor (essential requirement); - a member of Constructionline at GOLD LEVEL 3; - capable of working to MOD SFG20 (Pre-Planned Maintenance works only); - capable of working in a Building…
