North Region - Northern England / Scotland / Northern Ireland Brief Scope of Works - Boiler removal and replacement including new flue - All existing and new condensate pipes are to be routed or rerouted to remain within the building fabric. Note: This may require boiler relocation - Boilers in bedroom are to be relocated - Three-way valve removal and replacement - Central heating pump and isolation valves replacement (heat only boilers) - Install / replace frost stat - Room thermostat removal and replacement with manual, digital control, if required - Installation of new TRVs and lockshield valves - Heating system to be fully drained and powerflushed - Installation of magnetic system filter - Introduction of a rust inhibitor - Electric / thermostatic shower replacement - Vented / unvented cylinder replacement - including insulation of associated exposed pipework and back up immersion replacement. …
